Calpurnia and Honey Cutt live at The Paradise Rock Club in Boston

Editor's Note: Stranger things have happened, of course, but it was a trip driving past The Paradise Rock Club early Saturday morning, around 5:30 a.m. or so, and seeing young fans camped outside the Commonwealth Avenue venue. The line grew exponentially during the day, leading to Calpurnia's very sold-out gig that night, giving fans an up-close look at Stranger Things' star Finn Wolfhard's guitar-rock band. During the show, the high-pitched screams were Beatles-eque. Teens were in the front, parents were at the 'Dise bars, and Vanyaland's Maria Alejandra Mata was in the room capturing snaps of Finn, Calpurnia, and homegrown openers Honey Cutt (who once did rock and roll business as Baby!).
