In case you didn’t get drenched in enough goodness from POND’s psychedelic set at Boston Calling this year, here’s some good news: The Aussies loop back around to town this November as a part of their recently-announced batch of new tour dates.
After playing a few more fests this fall, the band crisscrosses the U.S. and Canada this October and November, stopping in Boston to play at Royale on November 2. Tickets go on sale Friday (July 27) at 10 a.m.
The North American tour announcement comes paired with a kaleidoscopic new track, “Burnt Out Star,” an eight-minute opus that most likely will wind up on their next album, following the release of 2017’s The Weather.
Hopefully it won’t serve as a self-fulling prophecy for the group before they hit up Massachusetts. Peep the new tune and full list of dates below.
