It’s Hump Day, and boy oh boy, do we have news for you: Michael Andor Brodeur is your New Dad. Ours too, it seems, as the former Bostonian and one-third of ahead-of-the-game early-aughts electronic-pop project Certainly, Sir has resurfaced with a new 10-minute composition called “Anymore.” Brodeur is down in Texas these days making what he calls “bear bait,” and “Anymore” serves as his first bit of production and singing in a little more than a dozen years. “It was recorded live and without any computers at home in Houston where it’s hot and wild and weird,” Brodeur tells Vanyaland. “Fun!” We tend to agree.
