Photos: St. Vincent live on the Boston Calling Green Stage

Editor's Note: We're still buzzing from St. Vincent's triumphant performance Saturday (May 26) at Boston Calling. The multi-sensory project from Annie Clark was tucked neatly in a 6:45 p.m. slot on the Green Stage before headliner Jack White and between adjacent Red Stage performances by Royal Blood and Queens of the Stone Age -- and she proceeded to blow the festival to bits (uhh, figuratively). St. Vincent's bass and thunder pulsated far beyond the open borders of Harvard Athletic Center, as she blasted through an artistic set featuring choice selections from her elastic catalog and last fall's Masseduction. After performing solo for a recent tour, she was joined this weekend by a live band, including fellow guitar hero Toko Yasuda and a faceless (see below) drummer and keyboardist.
