The music festival announcements keep coming in.
Last week we got Coachella, Governors Ball, and Boston Calling over a three-day stretch, and now after a weekend timeout, Atlanta’s Shaky Knees Music Festival is here — and they’ve brought all the guitars.
The May 4 to 6 fest at Central Park in the ATL has some familiar headliners — Jack White, The National, Queens of the Stone Age — but blasts out an undercard that might launch a million “Rock and roll is back” think pieces.
Joining in on the fun are Japandroids, Courtney Barnett, Alvvays, Franz Ferdinand, Parquet Courts, Brian Jonestown Massacre, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, L.A. Witch, Broncho, Jimmy Eat World, Black Angels, Greta Van Fleet (who should be on every summer festival lineup), Basement, Waxahatchee, Bully, Post Animal, and more.
Maine’s The Ghost of Paul Revere are also on the bill, as is The Night Game, the new project from Boys Like Girls’ Martin Jonson.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow (January 9). Peep the full lineup below.
