Editor’s Note: If you were there, you’re probably still drenched in sweat. Texas-born, Los Angeles-based alternative hip-hop “boy band” Brockhampton rolled into the Middle East on Tuesday night (September 12), and jam-packed the Cambridge club’s Downstairs room for the latest stop on their ongoing Jennifer’s Tour. Fresh off the release of debut album Saturation back in June and Saturation II last month, the Kevin Abstract-led collective were one hot Cambridge ticket, with many offering $100 or more just to get into the room. María Alejandra Mata was there on behalf of Vanyaland, capturing the sights throughout their performance, which featured a quick opening DJ set from Brockhampton’s own Romil.
