Winter Flowers: The Killers announce North American tour, release new song ‘Run For Cover’

The bright side is back, babes: The Killers have announced North American tour dates for 2018, and the 18-date winter run includes a January 7 stop at TD Garden in Boston.

The 2018 tour news comes with a host of other Killers news that surfaced overnight, including a new track, “Run For Cover,” and details on the Las Vegas band’s forthcoming album, Wonderful Wonderful, which drops September 22 on Island Records.

Wonderful Wonderful is The Killers’ fifth studio album and first in five years. It was produced by Jacknife Lee, and recorded at both the band’s own Battle Born recording studio in Nevada and Lee’s Los Angeles studio. It features album artwork shot by Anton Corbijn, which can be seen on the tour poster below.

As for the tour, things kick off January 5 in Toronto, and will run until early February. Those who can’t wait for the New Year have a few options to see Brandon Flowers and the boys live on stage, as The Killers have a handful of stateside dates coming up (including Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits Festival) and a sold-out tour of the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Listen to “Run For Cover,” which follows recent single “The Man”, via Spotify, and get Wonderful Wonderful pre-sale info here.
