Studio 52 is a community artist space located in the heart of Allston, and is proud to support the Boston music scene and local artist community.
Ever since last spring, when Boston Calling suddenly announced it was relocating to Allston’s Harvard Athletic Grounds, we have wondered just how, exactly, the new layout would look beyond the concrete confines of City Hall Plaza. Now, with the festival’s Spring 2017 edition and largest lineup in its four-year history just a few short weeks away (May 26 to 28), we have some proper visuals.
This morning, Boston Calling unveiled its 2017 site map, and in addition to the three stages (branded by Boston Calling, Delta, and XFinity), we know now where the comedy will go down, and just how we’ll navigate the enhanced food and drink offerings.
And hey, it looks like there’s a ferris wheel.
Getting high in Allston has taken on a whole new meaning.
Peep the field layout below, and remember, Boston Calling’s musical lineup, headlined by Chance The Rapper, Mumford, and Tool, with local entries Converge, Buffalo Tom, and Cousin Stizz, is an absolute beast.
