Here comes a not-so-secret performance from Louis C.K.
Not too long after the Boston comedian crashed multiple stages around town — first at McGreevy’s, then at the Burren — as part of an after-show series during a four-night residency at the Boch Center Wang Theatre, C.K. is bringing his laughs to Netflix.
Louis C.K. 2017, his first stand-up special since 2015’s Live at the Comedy Store, comes to Netflix on April 4. To get us all worked up, Netflix dropped a teaser trailer last night, and while it doesn’t feature any jokes, it does show the man getting ready to hit the stage. Louis C.K. 2017 was filmed in Washington, D.C., and it’s the first of two comedy specials he’s delivering to Netflix.
Once we’re done watching Louis C.K. 2017 a million times next week, we’ll get some more C.K. action in our lives soon after, as he hosts Saturday Night Live on April 8.
