Editor’s Note: We had Porches‘ Wednesday night show at the Sinclair circled on our calendar from the moment it was announced. When we learned that Japanese Breakfast were also on the bill, that ballpoint-pen circle was reinforced with some thick-ass Sharpie ink. Last night’s tilt in Harvard Square showcased two of the most exciting bands currently on tour, and earlier in the week we spotlighted Japanese Breakfast’s incredible jangle-pop single “Everybody Wants To Love You”. To make the show even better, Porches and the Philadelphia dream-pop act were joined by Rivergazer, led by London-born, New York-bred songwriter Kevin Farrant. Vanyaland’s Eddy Leiva was at the Sinclair to document the good times, and you can view his gallery in full below.
