The new album from Los Angeles electronic-pop production duo Classixx is a truly collaborative affair. Out June 3 via Innovative Leisure, Faraway Reach features appearances and efforts from Holy Ghost!’s Alex Frankel, T-Pain, and How To Dress Well, and now its latest single, “Safe Inside”, delivers maybe its most perfect match in Passion Pit’s Michael Angelakos.
“Safe Inside”, which you can listen to below via YouTube, is a pretty sweet springtime pop jam, led by Angelakos’ unmistakable vocals and loose, upbeat production. It wouldn’t be put of place on any Passion Pit album, and that’s just what we needed on this gorgeous spring day in Boston.
