Despite dropping her new album, This Is Acting, just last month, Sia is keeping her live performances this year to a strict minimum. In addition to an appearance at Coachella Music & Arts Festival in California and a few late summer dates in Scandinavia and Russia, the only other bit of stage domination planned for the powerhouse Australian singer is when she headlines the Friday night portion of this May’s Boston Calling Music Festival.
This week, Sia showed the rest of the world just what it’s missing when she joined Late Late Show host James Corden for the latest round of Carpool Karaoke. She and Corden belted out her hits “Chandelier” and “Diamonds” while driving around Los Angeles, and while Sia didn’t reveal her face, her style did rub off on the talk show host, who donned a half-platinum, half-black blunt wig midway through the ride.
