We’re getting a new LP and accompanying film from the Britpop kickstarters in early 2016, and the first taste is “Outsiders,” a gritty, powerful anthem that traces the dystopian chill of classic 1994 record Dog Man Star along an empowered Brett Anderson and a band that has found new (and rather unexpected) life as elder British rock statesmen.
