Boston singer-songwriter Will Dailey and his band are currently on tour in France, and on Friday night were in the town of Fougeres, roughly 200 miles away from the terrorist attacks in Paris.
Continuing their tour around France, Dailey’s scheduled gig tonight at Action Culturelle in the northwestern town of Plérin has been cancelled due to heightened security, so Dailey has set up in a nearby library and are broadcasting their impromptu performance via Concert Window. It should get started at 12:30 p.m., local time.
“Due to security on France the show tonight has been canceled,” Dailey writes on social media. “So we invited some friends and set up in a local library with wifi and we are attempting to stream a set live in the next 20 minutes and I need you help to spread the word. It’s free and it my only counter attack at the moment.”
