Boston police and bomb units have responded to “suspicious activity” at the Goodwill Store at 965 Commonwealth Avenue, next door to the Paradise Rock Club. According to one witness at the scene, a person allegedly called in a bomb threat to Goodwill, forcing the evacuation and closing of all businesses from the Paradise to Agganis Arena. As a result of the incident, the MBTA has halted its service on the Green Line’s B Line, and In Your Ear Records, Burger-Fi, Blue State Coffee, and Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, and the Paradise box office have been closed. There is no scheduled live show tonight at the Paradise. More to come…
