Video Premiere: Watch Pals LARP it up in the forest of noise in ‘Nebuchadnezzar’

Some music videos can be weird, some don’t even make sense. Sometimes there’s a music video that has people Larping it up with weapons that look like they came straight out of the Nerf factory, and the casualties profusely bleeding fluorescent paint as they are being killed off.

Sounds like just another day in the forest, huh?

That’s the look from North Attleboro sci-fi prog-rock maniacs Pals, who will be celebrating the screening of their brand new music video for “Nebuchadnezzar” tonight at The Met in Pawtucket. Along with the screening, the band will also be releasing their first live EP, Pals Live, that includes the song along with a session the band did with the Brown University affiliated alt-rock radio station 95.5. WBRU.

Joining the party are dreamgazing rock trio Leiko, video game cover whiz-kids Lame Genie and groovy synth rockers Cat Has Claws, all of which should make for a night filled with impeccable talents, killer tunes, and weirdo vibes. The show starts at 9 p.m., it’s an all ages affair, and a mere $8 gets you into what will be the prime place to be at in the Providence metro area this evening. The Facebook event page has any added info you may need.
