Bush took over the House of Blues in Boston Monday, February 23 for a dose of 90s alt-rock. Led by the eternally youthful Gavin Rossdale, the band plowed through 90’s classics like “Everything Zen,” “Mouth” and “Letting the Cables Sleep.” The songs fit in nicely alongside more recent tracks like the more than appropriate opener “The Sound of Winter” and “Man on the Run,” the latter the title track to the outfit’s latest release which came out last year. Despite a rumored nasty cold, Rossdale was spirited, leaping about and even heading into the crowd to sing “Little Things.” He didn’t go just to the floor either; dude hit all three levels of the venue.
Here are some pics from the gig.
