No, Taylor Swift did not dress up as a Polaroid picture for Halloween. Instead, the “Shake It Off” pop queen has been prancing around town for media engagement dressed as a Pegacorn, which we’re told by TayTay herself is a combination Pegasus and unicorn.
It’s already our new favorite animal. No doubt bred for skills in magic.
Swift rolled up the Z-100 studios in Manhattan and snapped a photo for Instagram (see below). “Cause, darling I’m a nightmare dressed like a PEGACORN. #HappyHalloween!” she wrote.
So real.
TaySway then kept the costume on for her appearance at NPR. According to The Daily Mail, “the seven-time Grammy winner added an additional eight inches to her 5ft10in frame thanks to the costume’s large horn and wings.”
In the meantime, reports predict that Swift’s new album 1989 will sell about 1.2 million copies in its first week, making it the first record released in 2014 to go platinum.
