It’s been a wild few weeks for Keytar Bear, Boston’s beleaguered street performer who was first attacked in Faneuil Hall, then celebrated at the Middle East in Cambridge last Thursday. And while the Bear promised to take a few weeks off as he recovers from a broken nose, perhaps all the goodwill created by the well-attended benefit event and successful Indiegogo campaign inspired him to head back out into the Boston wilderness.
Keytar Bear was spotted earlier today at Park Street Station by David Duncan Virr, the booking agent at …wait for it… T.T. The Bear’s Place. Here’s the pic that landed on the theshoegazer’s Twitter feed.
Looks like our boy is rocking that fancy new vintage Roland AX-1 keytar (with leopard print strap) he was presented with last week at the Middle East, wrangled up by a Berklee professor. And the bear suit looks a bit cleaner, as well.
Keytar Bear back in action. Check out the shiny new keytar. Maybe even a dry cleaned bear suit? @magneticabby pic.twitter.com/Bd499H45J8
