It’s so sexy living in America — until you get ripped off. Dom, the Massachusetts-born musician who gained some fame a few years ago with his breakout electro-pop hit “Living In America,” claimed last night via Twitter that ABC is using the song illegally for Hulu promos for One Life To Live.
The song was first featured on the band’s EP Sun Bronzed Greek Gods. Dom now lives in Brooklyn, and last year changed his stage name to Kiss 1o8 and self-released a tripped-out record called HYPERFANTASY XL.
He fired off a series of tweets accusing the network of using his song long after their initial agreement ran out.
Stay tuned…
