So it’s a busy night tonight in Boston: World Series Game 6 @ Fenway Park. President Barack Obama @ Faneuil Hall. Drake @ the TD Garden. Five awesome shows/parties where you can catch the Red Sox take on the Cardinals.
Of course, because of all this, parking restrictions are in place pretty much everywhere. Nearly 50 streets will be closed off tonight and tomorrow starting at 4pm, and the restrictions will have an impact on the rock shows we hyped earlier today, especially Harvard and Brighton Avenues in Allston, which directly affect Great Scott and O’Brien’s Pub. Kilmarnock Street and other roads in the Fens are also closed, putting the clampdown on Church’s back parking lot (get there early).
Our advice? Stick to your hood, and walk to the venue/bar/club/trough of your choice. Don’t drive ANYWHERE.
