It’s getting to be that time of year when sailing into the sun just isn’t feasible anymore, so it’s a good thing Gentlemen Hall finally have a follow-up to their you-heard-it-everywhere summer jam. “Every Morning” — not a Sugar Ray cover — is the first taste of new material from the Boston sextet, and a teaser of things to come in the shape of a highly-anticipated EP. The band’s been busy in Cleveland putting the finishing touches on that bad boy, so in the meantime, they’ve released a new Tom Megalis-directed claymation video for the rocking new track.
Artist/director Megalis is known for his work on Nickelodeon and MTV in the ’90s, and the “Every Morning” video captures that feel, with a bit of Wallace & Gromit thrown in for good measure. Feels like home.
