Boston Mayor Thomas M. Menino has written a letter to Rolling Stone in regards to the magazine putting Dzhokhar Tsarnaev on the cover of its August issue. Think it’ll make the Letters to the Editor page come September?
The reaction to the cover has been powerful; earlier today, CVS, Rite Aid, and Tedeschi has refused to carry it in their stores. We’ve already covered this situation extensively, but here’s the mayor’s letter in full, which started circulating online a few minutes ago:
