Usually when a band tours quite a bit, enthusiasm for the announcements eventually begin to wane. That is not the case with Deftones.
The Sacramento rock band today announced another summertime jaunt across North America, this time bringing Rise Against and Thrice along for a ride that crashes the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion on June 16. Tickets go on sale Friday.
“We’ve been talking to Rise Against about touring together for a while now,” Deftones write in a statement. “Finally, everything aligned and we get to spend the summer playing shows with our friends. We couldn’t be more excited and can’t wait to see you at the shows.”
