Exactly one year ago this week, Sweden’s Graveyard brought a blizzard of classic, psychedelic, and blues rock to a sold-out Middle East. But months later, the celebrated Gothenburg quartet experienced some tough times, and in September unceremoniously called it a day — citing “all so classic reasons” — after releasing fur studio albums and melting countless crowd faces.
Turns out, Graveyard’s troubles were personnel-related, and today they announced a return with a new drummer replacing sticksman Axel Sjöberg.
“Graveyard’s journey will continue with a yet to be named new future drummer”, the band writes in the note below, officially stating that “Graveyard is officially re-opened for business.” Watch the full video below, or skip ahead and just read the note after the jump.
