The Revivalists and rayLand baxter live at The Marquee Theater

Photo Gallery: The New Orleans eight-piece brought its 'Take Good Care' to Tempe on Friday night

Right in the middle of their “Take Good Care” tour, New Orleans eight-piece The Revivalists stopped through Tempe’s Marquee Theater on Friday evening (March 15). Opening the show was rayLand baxter (yeah, he stylizes it that way), who normally plays with a backing band, but took the evening solo because his drummer had reportedly quit that day. Despite some technical difficulties, his set went off without a hitch. This year, The Revivalists have been touring in the U.S., as well as across the pond, to promote their most recent LP, Take Good Care, which was released in the fall of last year. They also recently announced a summer headlining tour with Anderson East, including a Boston stop on June 19. Check out the photos from Friday night’s show below.
