Poor Ed Sheeran — did you know he sharted on stage once?
The pop singer recalled the time he “misjudged a fart” during a live performance in a recent edition of the Yes-Or-No Game, revealing that not only did he accidentally deuce right there in front of the crowd, but casually played it off and finished the set. And no, he didn’t disclose which show this juice got loose.
Instantly going from Top of the Charts to the Top of the Sharts, here’s Sheeran’s explanation, via SPIN:
“I actually once misjudged a fart on stage, which ended up being a shart,” he said during a Yes-or-No game, answering whether he’d ever passed gas during a concert. He continues: “It was, like, midway through a performance and I was really lively, and then halfway through I was like, ‘All right I’m just going to stand for the rest of the performance, and hope it’s over soon and then go home and throw these trousers out!’”
We’ve all been there.
Sheeran plays Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts on September 25, a place where opponents of the New England Patriots are used to shitting the bed.
