[dropcap]A[/dropcap] couple weeks back, Greengrass Bluesky came to the Paradise Rock Club. As their name indicates, they play bluegrass with a heavy slant on Americana. Openers Tumbleweed Wanderers were a different story completely.
They’ve got some straight up rock with soul inflections balanced with some slight jam that won’t make the average music fan roll their eyes. The Bay Area five piece completely won over the audience that night and, in conjunction with WGBH Music, Vanyaland caught up with them just before they took the stage.
